These terms govern your use of Prosody, a Praxis SLP (5331) exam-prep app operated by Impulse Learning LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Prosody offers a free sample of practice questions and, for a one-time purchase, full access to the complete question bank and study tools. "Full access" is a license to use the content for your own exam preparation on your devices. It is not a subscription; there is no recurring charge.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't share, resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the question bank or any app content. Access is for your personal study use only.
Full access is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Requests after 7 days are handled at our discretion, and we'll always try to help. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by that store's refund process and must be requested through the store.
Prosody is an independent study aid. Our questions are exam-realistic and written with care, but they are practice material, not real exam questions, and we do not guarantee any particular exam score or outcome. Always rely on official ETS/ASHA materials as your primary source. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS or ASHA.
We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Purchased content downloads to your device and works offline, so brief server downtime won't lock you out of studying.
We may suspend access that violates these terms.
The app, its question bank, rationales, and design are owned by Impulse Learning LLC and protected by copyright. "Praxis" is a registered trademark of ETS; "ASHA" is a registered trademark of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Those names are used only to describe the exam this app helps you prepare for.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impulse Learning LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms; we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
